As such, i simply dropped a msg to Mark. His response was swift and we meet up the next day to give him more details as i would need to dispose my Hdb flat before i could buy that condo. What surprised me was, on that same day, he managed to settle all the photographing n video to advertise my unit. One week. Just one week, he managed to find me a buyer and 23k above my expectation price. Another one week, the buying of my ideal condo unit also agreed upon with that seller.
